However, since international returns can be time-consuming and costly, we’d love to offer you some easier solutions first:

📦 Return Eligibility

If you still wish to proceed with a return, please make sure:

  • Request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags are attached

Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale items

  • Accessories (unless defective)

  • Worn, damaged, or altered items

Need a different size or style? We’ve got you!

  • Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery

  • We may offer a replacement without requiring a return, depending on the situation

💸 Refunds

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We’re so sorry if this happens!

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

We will gladly offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • A free replacement (no return needed)


2. Size / Fit / Preference Issues

If the item doesn’t fit or isn’t your style:

  • You can request a return within 14 days

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable(If your order qualified for free shipping (order over $109) and you choose to return items resulting in the order no longer meeting the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, in accordance with our shipping policy for each country 💗)

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if applicable)

  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions

⚠️ Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after approval

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
