Return Request Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note:
- Due to hygiene reasons, accessories, bodysuits, lingerie, and final sale items are non-returnable
- Items with makeup stains, perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear will not be accepted
- Unauthorized returns will be refused
Exchanges (Recommended)
Need a different size or style?
We highly recommend exchanges instead of returns for a faster resolution.
We offer:
- Size exchanges
- store credit
- Alternative style replacement
Depending on stock availability, replacement orders may be processed without waiting for the original item to arrive back.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
Once verified, we will offer either:
- A replacement item, or
- A full refund
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and related expenses unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ShimmerMolly is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed after:
- The returned item is received
- Inspection confirms the item meets return conditions
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment account.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund if the remaining order value falls below the free shipping threshold.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect size selected by customer
- Minor color differences caused by screen display
- Personal preference or change of mind
- Delays caused by customs or local carriers
- Refused deliveries
- Packages marked as delivered by tracking
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
Return Process
To request a return, please email:
Include:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
Please do not send items back without authorization.
Important Notice
As an international fashion brand, return shipping can be expensive.
For many customers, accepting store credit or an exchange is often more convenient than returning the item internationally.
